Seribase Industrie is fully committed to a CSR approach focused on decarbonization and waste management. Every year, we recycle several dozen kilograms of precious metals from the production of our printed circuits.
Seribase is dedicated to sorting all conventional waste, treating hazardous waste (such as chemicals and contaminated textiles), and recycling unused silver scraps from our production phases to ensure their reuse.
The modernization of our industrial facilities, including the integration of state-of-the-art machinery and the installation of energy-efficient, long-lasting LED lighting, contributes to environmental protection.

Social Initiatives
Seribase Industrie also implements various social initiatives, including strict compliance with the French Labor Code, enforcement of safety regulations, prevention of harassment in all its forms, and a strong commitment to employee well-being. Gender equality and disability inclusion are also at the core of our priorities.
Seribase contributes to a more compassionate world through an annual commitment to the association Les Chocolats du Cœur. Each purchase of a box of chocolates helps support:
- Life-saving heart surgeries for children suffering from congenital heart defects, when treatment is unavailable in their home country due to a lack of technical or financial resources. Les Chocolats du Cœur has helped save the lives of over 300 children.
- Fulfilling children’s dreams by supporting educational and community projects.
- Protecting the planet by producing organic chocolates through eco-friendly, non-polluting processes that respect ecosystems and the environment. Additionally, fair wages are ensured for producers, promoting a decent livelihood.

Quality Management Approach
In June 2002, Seribase Industrie made the decision to embark on a quality certification process based on the ISO 9001:2000 standard, followed by ISO 9001:2008 and eventually ISO 9001:2015. For Seribase, this marks the implementation of a structured approach aimed at meeting our customers’ needs as effectively as possible. It also reflects a clear commitment from management to establish a framework for efficiency and continuous improvement.
We, the undersigned, hereby make a personal commitment to :
- Carry out our work in full compliance with customer requirements and current regulations.
- Listening to our customers to understand their needs and identify future opportunities.
- Ensure that the company's quality system is fully understood.
- Place particular emphasis on improving our quality management system.
- Ensure that the quality policy and objectives set by management are properly implemented.
- Conduct a management review at least once a year to assess the relevance, effectiveness, and improvement of the quality system.
