OUR HEATING ELEMENT

We design and manufacture heating elements tailored to the requirements of industrial applications.

Developed to meet specific needs, our heating elements ensure controlled temperature rise, uniform heat distribution, and long-term reliability.

Each solution is carefully engineered to integrate perfectly into its environment while meeting technical, safety, and performance requirements.

OUR ADVANTAGES

FIXED RESISTANCE

The technology is based on printed tracks using a conductive or resistive ink that generates heat when an electric current passes through it (Joule effect).

This ink contains conductive particles that allow electricity to flow through the film. When the film is powered, the resistance of the conductive ink produces heat through the Joule effect, which is the main principle of energy dissipation in the form of heat within a conductor.

Fixed Temperature (PTC)

A Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) heating element has a specific resistance. With PTC inks, resistance increases as the temperature rises. When voltage is applied, current flows and energy is generated. The resistance increases and the element begins to heat up. At a certain temperature, equilibrium is reached, resulting in self-regulating heating.

Glass Technology

Thanks to its expertise in electronics and materials, Seribase Industrie has developed a range of heating elements on glass.

The technology combines functional ink printing on glass, glass brazing, and the deposition of resistive SMD components. This unique combination ensures homogeneous, fast, and adjustable heating depending on the electrical power supplied.

Applied in the field of defrosting and camera de-fogging for the automotive sector, the product can also be adapted to other applications such as mobility, aerospace, and aeronautics.

ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION

With ISO 9001 certification, Seribase can support its clients in their regulatory and compliance processes.
